OtterBox DEFENDER SERIES Case for LG G5 - Retail Packaging - BERRIES N CREAM (SAND/HIBISCUS PINK)

Love this case! I've always purchased the wallet style, magnetized cases because they're convenient.....until your phone suddenly pops out and does a face plant on the ground. I don't worry with this case. The clip that pulls out to be a stand is a nice feature and so is the way it comes out from the outermost belt clip covering and flips into it. There is a clear screen cover built into this case, but I'm always on the go. I like to throw my phone in my purse or a backpack which is a never ending abyss so with this feature, the front cover for the screen won't be scratched by keys, pens, baby dinosaurs, whatever. I have heard people pay as much as $60 for these in the phone store. For less than half that price I've got a case that's built to last! I ordered the pink which is a deep medium pink shade. Easy to find and the case is staying clean. Highly recommended!!!

After buying three other cases for my phone, and two protective screens, I saw this case, and decided to try it! It fits very well, and has protectors for charger and headset ports. Love the built in screen cover, too! Is a little bulky, but as someone who drops her phone a lot, I like that!

I bought this case because the last case I had did not protect my phone (like it was supposed to) when I dropped it. My phone was less than 2 months old, so I bought this case while the screen was being repaired. I have no doubt that this case will protect my phone. It was hard to tell from the description, but it does have a plastic cover on the front to protect the screen. It does not seem to interfere with the functionality. This case was easier than the last one I had, to put on and off the phone. The only negative is that this case is so big and thick, my phone seems to be almost twice the size of my husbands (he has the same phone). I can't imagine this fitting into a back pocket (I haven't tried it) or in a very small bag.

Product came just as described, and arrived on time. Color is beautiful, and case fits phone perfect!!

Worked great while it lasted. I hate how it gets so dirty and then really flemsy. Like it doesn't even fit tight to the case itself anymore. Disappointing. I expected more from otterbox. Won't be buying again. Third otterbox case to let me down. Can't say it's the phone, because I've had different phones. It's always the same issue. Too dirty too fast, hard to clean, the flemsy part of the case does not keep a tight fit. I work in a call center so cannot say it's the type of work I do that creates this issue....

I have bought an OtterBox Defender Series case for my last three cell phones types. I know they are a bit expensive, but they really protect my phones. I have only had to replace my cases with new phones as the news phones change dimension and no longer fit the original case that I had not because they were defective. I have had phones replaced because they had internal issues, but my OtterBox Defender cases have always outlasted my cell phones. Though the phones develop internal issues, they are always in pristine condition when returned under warranty. I do not use the clip that goes onto a belt, etc. I only carry my phone in a purse. My husband dislikes the OtterBox cases, as the clips always break on him. So, if you are going to store the phone inside a purse or pocket, this case would be great. I also like the case, as it gives me something to grasp. The cell phones today are so slender, I will not use them until I have a screen protected applied to the screen and an OtterBox case, as I fear that I would drop the phone and break it from the get go. I only rated it a 4 because I am being objective about the case with and without the clip.

I had a hard time separating the components to put the phone in, but once together, it’s a good fit and the phone is very protected. I am ok with the color. Wasn’t sure at first, but the protection is more important to me anyway. It definitely adds a little bulk to the phone, but it’s worth it for peace of mind.

I recently forgot my phone on the hood of my car. Luckily I had the Otter box defender case on my phone, because when I found my phone on the side of the road, I was traveling at least 45-50 mph when the phone flew off the car. The only damage to the actual phone is a small scratch and a small piece broken off the phone but still functional. But i do need a new otterbox because the screen cover is all busted up. Phone screen received no scratches. :)

I am terrible when it comes to my phone, I swear I have butter fingers!I bought this case a few months ago, and was so thankful I did. Instead of just dropping my phone it flew off my car, while driving! At the time I didn't know it was missing till i had gotten home. Thought for sure it was a goner until a lady contacted me through Facebook that she had found my phone and it had gotten run over, she returned the phone to me and to my surprise the phone looked like nothing happened! How?This otter box is how, my case was intact, minor scuffs and my phone TURNED ON! ☺Thank you Otterbox, and Amazon for getting here just in time!

These are the best boxes out there..the defender will protect clutzy ppl like me who drop their phones often. Keep the box for the warranty..very easy for repair or replacemen..great company but you need the original box to stand them a pic of. Don't like the new screen saver that is glued in..tore it out as i couldn't text..too thick for touch screen.

Excellence in phone protection, easy to put together. This series is a must for those who's phone gets tossed about, and occationally dropped.Great colour and I particularly like you can see your wallpaper through the dust free clear sheild. Highly recommend this series for those who want full protection for your phone and at the same time have full access to the face of your phone. Dianne, CANADA

Its a good case but i noticed thats there a bit of a gap around the camera hole at the top i thought it was suppose to be like that but my friends isnt but it is a decent case

The product is great, took a little long for delivery, but otherwise fine.
