Just what I was looking for.

I love this bowl! Perfect for my entry table, it is a raw wood so be aware of that, we use it for our keys, I love it!

I join the many previous reviewers who have praised this bowl. Before purchasing it, I did an extensive online search of other sites to compare similar bowls. I saw others that looked similar to this bowl, but for much higher prices. Now that I have it, it lives up to the picture. It's large, attractive, substantial and well made. I am using it for decorative purposes only, on top of a bookcase in my living room, and it looks very good there. I also like the fact that it is made of light colored wood, as indicated by the picture, which makes it stand out against my cherry wood furniture.

It’s a nice bowl, but it appears to have been no finishing work like sanding done to it. It’s fine, just a bit more rustic than I was expecting. I still like it.

If you are looking to use this as a fruit bowl or to use in the kitchen area, I would misadvise. The inside of the bowl is not sanded and has a raw wood finish--lots of flakiness. Did not feel safe having this bowl in the kitchen area, and definitely not using to hold fruit.

I love this bowl work perfectly in my kitchen.
