This is definitely a value-for-money kit - has everything as described, small, study, and practical. Bought as gifts and were very well received. The kit comes in a study case which makes it very giftable for anyone who loves the outdoors.

I bought this bag for my husband for our wedding anniversary.He always wanted our family to be ready for anything & given recent events, his heart has become even more desperate for equipment to survive.I know he mentioned a survival kit, but I wanted to surprise him.So I read a lot of comments and decided on this.He liked it very much, and was very surprised!He was impressed by the solidity of the whole outfit.He said the knife was sharp and strong.He said it checked all the boxes he needed.Everything is on the list.I only noticed that the cloak was purple.But it's good because purple is my favorite color.All in all, it's a big deal.

The list of tools and features is impressive but the size is not. I did not measure, but the whole kit looks to be about 4" x 6". Just compare the size of the credit card multi-tool to the size of the case and you will see what I mean. I like the features it has and in an emergency I wouldn't turn it down. But I wouldn't bet my life on it if I had other options. Still, not a bad idea to throw one in the trunk of the car just in case.Edit: I was contacted by customer service. They were very helpful and seemed genuinely concerned with my opinions of their products. I wasn't expecting that. It was a pleasant surprise. Issue resolved.

This was a gift for my hubby. He was real pleased with it! He is enthused about the variety of items packed into the small case.The 2 compasses will be of great value in hiking in Glacier National Park. All the tools appear to be good quality so we expect them to last a long time - which is very helpful to not only a hiker, but also to a hunter and fisherman. A great addition to a go-bag.

For the most part there are handy bits in the kit but the knife is complete garbage. It won’t lock into open position = dangerous. And most objects feel light and not so sturdy. I knew what I was getting before I ordered. I already have nice knives.

This box was loaded with different tools, I still have no idea how they fit it all in there! If you ever were stranded and lost, I feel this could save your life. It won't provide the food and water but I see they are items you would need. You could get a fire going and make your stay much more stress free.I do have to call them out on the plastic box, not waterproof at all, not even a good seal. Close the box and hold under water anything inside would be soaked within seconds.Emergency survivor kit gets a thumbs up!!
