Weighted Vest – Walk, Run, Suffer Like a Savage
This weighted vest doesn’t just add resistance—it adds purpose. The second I strapped this bad boy on, I felt like I was gearing up for war. Whether you’re hitting the pavement for a run or stomping the earth during a weighted walk, this vest stays locked in and dares you to quit. The fit? Tight and stable. No wild bouncing or shifting. Those shoulder straps? Thick, padded, and built for endurance. The weight is distributed evenly across the chest and back—no lopsided bullshit. You’ll feel every pound, but it won’t wreck your form. That mesh panel in the back? . Keeps airflow moving so you don’t overheat like some rookie tapping out mid-session. And the reflective stripes? Tactical. You could run through darkness and still let traffic know a beast is coming. This vest is for the ones who want more out of every step. It’ll turn a light jog into a challenge, a casual walk into a grind, and a hill sprint into a soul check. If you’re soft, stay on the couch. But if you’re trying to build lungs, legs, and grit—strap up and get after it.

Tight clips, but otherwise perfect.
This is exactly what I needed. My only complaint would be that the bottom clip doesn't have enough room, so it's too tight even at its loosest. It would be nice to have a couple more inches of available extension on the clips. Aside from that, it's perfect. I don't use the shoulder pads nor the phone holder, so those aren't a factor.

Great vest
Nice fit and comfortable. I bought the 6lb vest as suggested for my weight and height and first time using a weighted vest. I need it for added weight to my walks for osteoporosis. I did little sprints to check how it felt for running and it stayed in place. I like the pocket on the back for added weight for later. Overall, great weighted vest and good price.

Well made and comfortable but has some particular eccentricities.
I bought this for different reasons than most. I have a neurological disorder where my eyes and ears disagree on which way is down which messes with my vision and sense of gravity. I purchased this at my physical therapist's suggestion to help remind my body which way is down and also to improve my posture which will aid my recovery. I got the 8 pound version and it fits well and is quite comfortable after some adjustment. It gets a little warm on hot days however, but is comfortable to wear for a long time. It does occasionally cut/chafe into the armpit area but remedies itself after a little adjustment. It took a while to figure out how it fits, but now that I know it's pretty simple. I would suspect however that this may not work well for the ladies, with both straps buckled, they cut in a bit on the lower pectorals. It's a good snug fit for me with just the top strap buckled, but that may not work well for those exercising with this or those with smaller bodies. The lower strap really pushes on my pecs, but the more I wear it the better it seems. The straps are adjustable, and sections are elastic to better form to the individual's body, but I really think the strap positions would be rough for most women. Overall it's pretty comfy and has helped me function a bit more. It can be a bit difficult to take off however. Since it rides so high and snug in the armpit, it's hard to grab and pull it over the shoulder to take off. It makes me feel like I have T-Rex arms and my right shoulder is a bit sore from an early attempt where I pulled something. I haven't yet used the arm weights, but they can likely help on my belly for diaphragm breathing which is also part of my rehabilitation program. There's also loops on the front of the vest where they could be attached for added weight. I feel it could have been cheaper, but it seems competitively priced, and I'd be surprised if others are as well made and comfortable as this is at this price point.

Worth every penny.
This is super sturdy and super heavy! I was not ready for this but it was a great purchase. Will definitely make me lose some weight. If you want to start your health journey, get it!

Bought due to osteoporosis
Bought the 6lb version as I am petite, 5 ft./103 lbs 67 year old woman with Osteoporosis. It arrived yesterday and I proceeded to wear it for 6hrs. Very comfortable wo included shoulder pads. Phone holder is an added bonus. I believe the vest will also improve my posture. Hoping the vest, ultimately, reduces my chance of bone fractures.

Weighted vest
Actually this is a really nice vest, i am small 5'2 110lbs. I like that the back side has a stretchy tie and that u can make the vest for custom sized -- i will admit that it does make me a little nervous that it might snap but thats just my own fear lol. I ordered the 12 lbs size which is a little heavier then what is recommended but i actually wish i went with a heavier then 12 lbs vest. My only compliant was the product being shipped, but otherwise all in all this is a good product.

You should buy this vest
I bought the 16lb vest. I have back issues but I run/walk and thought I'd add this to my routine, so I bought less weight than recommended. It makes you feel more balanced when you run or walk but holy cow, 16lbs while running is heavier than you'd think. I've used it for 2 days now and my shoulders are slightly sore but no back issues. This vest was a great value and hopefully lasts a while. The vest will lose its smell quickly or at least mine did. The front straps adjusted just fine and there's more room if needed, and im a larger framed person. I didn't put on the provided shoulder pads or phone holder yet and it still fits just fine. All in all I don't see how you can go wrong with this vest.Happy exercising!
