The minced onion has just the right amount of sweetness. I throw it on salads or mix with mashed avocado. Also good mixed with sour cream. All kinds of uses. I love it.

You can use yogurt or sour cream, add onions, a little parsley to make it pretty, and a touch of salt and pepper. It makes a great healthy dip with no preservatives.

I like this product a lot. It's small little dice flakes of onion. If I want powder all I have to do is put it in my spice grinder. I keep it sealed in the bag that is came in and so far there's been no clumping. It's a really great product
