I bought this to support a severe sprain in my shoe. It is comfortable to wear in my shoe but provides less support than I hoped for. It is exactly like an ace bandage but much thicker. If I wrap tighter to get the support i need it cuts off circulation. On the inside of fabric it has rubber lines running full lenth that keep it from slipping. This is like the little rubber bubbles on bottom of non slip socks. This feature works very well to keep wrap in place when inside shoe and surprisingly, you can't feel it at all. But... im a lady, guys might find that it pulls on leg hair because it is like little rubber bands. While it doesn't serve my purpose it is a very well made product. I noticed one review where it was difficult to put on but I found it very simple and didn't need the directions provided. I saw another review where a seam hurt, mine had no such seam. Its comfortable.

seems to fit pretty well. first time i tried it i put it on just skin, that was not a good thing to do because there is a seam and it ran right beside my ankle bone, causing me pain. so i put a sock on and then put it back on around my ankles seems to be a solid fit. material its made of is great. its really long to wrap around you and support your ankle. i have a size 6 1/2 to 7 foot. so far it has helped me with supporting my ankle but i just tried it on like yesterday after i got it. so far so good. ill try to update later as time goes on. I hope it holds up but seems worth the money. also the velcro is really strong once you put it on its hard to pull back off, but that to me is a good thing so it will stay in place and a bad thing you have to really pull it to get it off. but i like it so far, its doing its job.

Very stable and comfortable to use when walking...not sure if it will provide enough support when mowing lawn...will use another brace i have with specific hard side support when push mowing my highly uneven lawn due to vole action..but this brace is reallyco.fortable and is great indoors and outdoors on stable surfaces...also lightweight while stable and very easy to adjust

The other night I was coming back from my friends' next door. Their driveway has this stupid 4x4 rail on it to separate it from my yard which is a bit lower. I stepped off it down into my yard and stepped on a downed branch I forgot was there. So when my ankle buckled I fell from their driveway with the full weight of my body. Horrible sprain :(I have a couple of ankle braces since my other ankle sprains easily but they don't compress very well nor are they very comfortable. One of them is also too large on me. So I took a chance on this. I must say I am actually SHOCKED how great this feels! The compression is SO great and SO comforting! I love the fact that since it's so stretchy you can make it EXACTLY how tight you want. Since this is neoprene instead of cloth like an Ace bandage it's also not going to lose its stretch after awhile and be useless. It doesn't shift, either, since the clever design of this starts with looping it around your foot. It also won't come loose because the entire end of it is Velcro and it stays put.I sprained my ankle on Sunday, got this on Tuesday and have had it on day and night except for when I shower. I love how comforting it feels. It's also comfortable enough to wear at night without a sock under it. It's not the least bit hot or itchy. This would be super easy to hand wash as well. Just put in your sink with a little soap and then squeeze the water out with a towel and hang up.I'm so glad this was the brace I chose since there were so many options available. My ankle seems to be healing MUCH faster than other times I've sprained it despite this time being much worse than most. Thank you for having such an awesome and incredibly affordable product! As small as this rolls up to when not in use I will DEFINITELY carry this in my backpack when on hikes in case I end up hurting myself on the trail.PS: For faster healing put a pillow under your sprained ankle in bed to help drain the fluids collecting around the injury. I put the pillow parallel to my leg so from my knee to my foot is on the pillow.

This ankle support is easy to wrap, fasten, and adjust.However, I wear a woman's size eight shoe and find the strap too wide to fit my foot correctly. This results in small gaps and not consistent support on my foot.Also, the strap is too thick to fit in my shoe.The product is well-made but definitely the one size fits all design doesn't work for all feet.

I fractured my ankle - doc says the X-ray showed a “healing fracture” (whatever that means) - said he recommended an orthopedist look at it - I’d been doctored-out by that point with unrelated health probs so decided to deal with this on my own.This ankle wrap just arrived and I just put it on - not sure yet how it might help my ankle heal but can say for sure it’s high quality and provides great support.

Perfect solution for my damaged ankle. I am 67 with chronic arthritis and a large history of sports injuries to my ankle. This brace stabilizes your ankle. The lightweight sleeve is easy to put on and remove. The elastic.. " the stabilizer" is strong and durable. The velcro grabs and stays in place. I have no problem wearing it all day in my sneakers, very comfortable.
