Love love love this product. Skin looks poreless after use and a greta foundation for makeup.

If solution dried up in dropper, just rinse it out
I really do like this Niacinimide solution. There are complaints about dried up solution in the dropper. That is normal if niacinimide has not be used and is exposed to air like that. My dropper had a dried amount. I simply pulled the dropper of and rinsed it in hot water. The dried product came out and dropper was able to dispense again. The solution in the bottle was perfectly fine. This product is very good at keeping your pores clean. Highly recommend it.

Serum
This has worked ~amazing~ at reducing my oiliness/shine better than anything I’ve ever tried (and I’ve wasted so much money trying so many shine control products). I normally get shiny within minutes of putting my makeup on (which includes shine control powder & primer). I still use all my shine control products but since adding this I don’t have to blot a single time throughout the day. I deducted one star due to price and it does leave a tacky feel I don’t like for applying makeup over. So I’m still figuring out how to work with that but I would still rebuy because it’s a miracle how much it helps my oiliness. I did use ordinary’s zinc + niacinamide before this and I think that one is a little better at making pimples go away faster than this one (must be the zinc).

Amazing product for aging troubled skin.
I love that this product has no fragrance. Also, since using it my pores are noticeably smaller and I have less breakouts than I used to. It also seems to make my skin feel smoother overall. I really like it and will order again.

Please use wisely
This is my second bottle of PC 20% Niacinamide prior to which I used the PC 10% Niacinamide. It worked for me; looking at my face, it was more effective than the 10%. After having used 10% for more than a year, I seemed to have hit a plateau as far as post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation was concerned; swapping to the 20% was a definite improvement. It wasn't a change noticed overnight or even a week, it took me a little over a month with my first bottle before noticing any difference. Your mileage may, of course, vary. That said, please use it wisely. Do not jump into 20% Niacinamide from zero. As with all skincare products, especially actives, ease into it. Patch test first. For the first few applications, mix with moisturizer for a less harsh introduction before transitioning to direct application.I see quite a few people mentioning breakouts upon first application: for some that's inevitable, for others completely avoidable. Do not shock your system with such a high concentration right off the bat.Price: It's highway robbery, but that comes down to personal preference and means. My household is one where PC is popular; for even the most frequent user, a bottle lasts anywhere between 2-3 months. The decision is yours.

The Ordinary's just as good
For the price tag it did not live up to my expectations. I used it for almost a month noticing no difference. It wasn't any better than The Ordinary's I get from Sephora or Amazon. Wasn't worth the money in my opinion.
