I have a pitbull who really enjoys the snow. But often was getting cold outside during those bitter cold months. We have tried multiple garments . Either he doesnt want to wear it ( maybe uncomfortable for him). Or its thin an comfortable but he is still cold when I see him shiver to get in the door. After this purchase I know we have found a winner. I puck it up from the table he gets excited for me to out it on. We have only gad this for one season but with two dogs who play rough it has last very well compared to other ones we tried. It has a hole up near the neck for a leash to go through and attach to a harness if that is how you leash your pup like I do. It has to large Velcro strips to strap around your dog comfortably. I like that it also has two pockets on top as well, with buttons to keep closed. It is made with a nice thick layer of fleece. When I take it off you can feel the radiating heat come from the coat . That right away told me how well it is insulated. He no longer rushes back to the door to get out of the cold when we play for long periods. I highly recommend this product.

I have another winter coat and a raincoat for my Bichon. I was so happy with this red coat I got for him. I bought him a medium. Love the soft fleece lining and the high neckline. However, the best thing about it is how it fits him so well. It has a Velcro strap for his tummy and another one for under his chin, but the thing that secures it so well is the two elastic loops that fits around his two back legs. I saw a picture of the back of a dog with it's legs in the loops. I could tell the coat was too small for that dog. I'm just so happy with this coat for my dog! 😊

Choosing the correct size was important so I followed the experience of many customers and bought a size larger than the chart advised and I’m glad I did. The jacket fits well except that the chest strap is a little too long but it will work. See my pictures. My dog is 60 pounds and I decided on the XXX-Large size. I believe the recommended XX-Large size would probably have been near adequate but would have been a tight fit especially on the length. The XXXL has the length and body wrap that I want for my dog. I think her ideal fit would be right in between the XXL and XXXL sizes. I don’t see how this XXXL would fit big dogs that are over 80 pounds.It was compressed into a tiny package but it does seem to have adequate thickness. However, I don’t really think this lightweight jacket is heavy enough for very cold temperatures. We live in North Texas so we just wanted something for going on walks when the temperatures are in the 20s or 30s.

Very nice product with one flaw: The button hole for leash to clip on harness needs to be twice as long. The harness metal loops underneath must fit easily through the button hole in the coat product.

I absolutely love this jacket! My dog is normally a large, but with these measurements he was the largest size they had. So I would suggest double checking your dog’s measurements to make sure it’ll fit right! Also, I got the mustard yellow color and it’s more of a caramel color than a mustard yellow. It has more of a brown tone to it. I’m definitely not upset, I still love it and adore how my dog looks! That’s the only reason I’m giving 4 starts and not 5, as the color was not exactly what I was expecting.

I ordered the L and XL for my two dogs. I should’ve gotten one size up one both. I measured my dogs backs and technically they measure just under the for the sizes I bought but because the backs were too short, the legs straps that come on the jackets to hook around the back legs were too tight to hook around the legs comfortably. I tried the XL on my smaller dog and it fit perfectly.

My dog LOVES this sweater. It is warm and it has held up better than the dozens of other sweaters we have tried. The material is high quality, the suturing is well done, and the fit is perfect as per standard sizing.

I'm still thinking if I should keep this coat or not. He seems a little bothered by it. I had to immediately take his legs out of the elastic bands that are attached to the coat. He hated them instantly. I don't think the position where the elastic sits on him or even a female would be comfortable. If I don't return it, I will cut the elastic off of the coat. He seems uncomfortable with the coat on, but it may be because he isn't quite use to it yet. He won't lay down in it yet either. The material is good quality. Velcro is nice too! The hole for the "leash" doesn't seem positioned for all types of collars and leashes. I purchased an XXL it I believe it fits my 2 year old boxer properly, besides the elastic bands that seems optional. Maybe it would be more comfortable for him if sized up.

This dog jacket fits well but the fleece on the jacket causes everything that your dog brushes up against to stick to from branches and sticks and twigs and leaves and more. If you're taking your dog in a bushy area beware that it will stick to everything and it is not easy to get out.

Lo uso para sacar a mis mascotas al exterior a las 6 de la mañana sin que les afecte el frío invernal; no obstante, uno de mis bóxer se queda como petrificado cuando le coloco la prenda, al parecer se siente extraño con ella, pero está bien abrigado.
