This dresser is gorgeous! It was packed very well and delivered by RXO. The delivery guy, Diggs, was exceptionally nice and very careful! The dresser is solid, tall, and very heavy! Happy with my purchase!

I ordered this chest of drawers to go with the matching bed, dresser w/mirror, and nightstand I previously ordered from the Ashley Store. I wasn’t really sure what to expect since I had to send the dresser back to Ashley for a new one when it arrived damaged, but I was pleasantly surprised today. The chest arrived quickly (the other furniture took several weeks directly from Ashley and I am still waiting on the replacement from two weeks ago), it was easy to assemble, and much less expensive on Amazon than anywhere else I had looked, even on sale. It is beautiful and sturdy, and holds a lot! I am hoping it will hold up and I will continue to be happy with my purchase. For now, I am definitely pleased with it!

This product is in our bedroom untilk I can get it fixed or throw it out. The screws used to attached the pull handles to the doors are the cheapest I've seen in years. The threads literally have crumbled, they are so poorly made, and I can't find any place to buy a set of new ones. My wife likes the style but is irritated every morning when she has to use a piece of a wire hanger to open this door. In the meantime, I keep looking for screws. They don't include an exploded diagram or any info on parts, so you just return the whole thing, which is a pain. We have done that with other furniture that was damaged and just didn't buy any more, so too bad for the suppliers who package their product so poorly. We are thinking seriously never to buy furniture through Amazon again if the product packaging is this bad.

simply put, the quality of all the Ashley signature furniture we purchased was far greater than we had expected, very very pleased with everything, you might want to spring for the delivery option of placing it in the house where you want it because it is very heavy (sturdy, well made)

The dresser is very nice and sturdy. The problem was the delivery. Ceva who delivered this dresser was a nightmare. First we stayed home all day as required for the delivery which never came. Second they said we rescheduled our delivery which we didn’t, they lied. Third they never answered their phone when we tried to contact them. And finally they showed up without notifying us of the delivery. we won’t be ordering anymore products where Ceva is the delivering company.

I'm so glad that I ordered the chest of drawers. It completes my bedroom. I also was happy to add delivery and unpack options as it is a large piece and without help, I could not handle it. Itsia and Rae were expert at assembling and setting up my chest of drawers, maneuvering it through my hallways and taking care all the way. I was very impressed with them. Now to fill it up!

The Good: Very nice looking piece of furniture. You have to assemble the legs (4 pieces), about 20 minutes. Dresser is solid.The kinda bad: I had to order this dress 3 times. First 2 times it got damaged in shipping from Amazon to the delivering company.The draws are not Dove Tailed.Keep an eye on pricing! For whatever reason, Amazon's price changed on this item about every 3 days.
