Fits, barely
Fits my 2011 yamaha xv250, but its veeeeeery snug, so snug it kept wanting to tear out the carb gaskets.. eventually i got it all screwed in. Fingers crossed she'll run smooth!

This steals power
The id for discharge side of the Mikuni BDS26 carb is 23mm, the id of the stock manifold is 24 mm, and the id of the aftermarket manifold is 21 mm. Flow is related to the cross section area. And, the aftermarket manifold has only 76% of the area of the stock manifold and 83% of the area of the carburetor discharge. Horsepower is related to the amount of fuel and air passing through the engine. So Installing this cheap aftermarket manifold is reducing your power to 76-83%. 🤧

Not an exact fit and missing the o-rings
First off the intake manifold is not an exact fit. I literally had to force it will all of my might just to get the screw holes to line up. If you do happen to get it lined up then good luck threading the last bolt in. By this being improperly manufactured it puts a ton of pressure on the last bolt you install and you cant tell if its threading in or cross threading. On top of that mine didnt come with the o-rings pictured in the post. It wouldnt of matered anyways as the o-ring grooves are very rough and wouldnt make A good seal anyways.Dont buy this!

Not good
The manifold came with rough surface in the o ring channels on both sides of manifolds with some of the black rubber coating stuck in the channel rings. Not able to remove it and shouldn't have to. Didn't want to install it and have it leak. Returned it. And got another one from another company. Hope its better.
