The best of multiple passion flower brands I've bought

I started one capsule per day for a few weeks and then increased it to one capsule twice per day. It worked well for my anxiety and panic attacks once I used it consistently for about 3 weeks. I am told it does not work for everyone but it made all the difference for me and was worth a try. I was at my wits end with the inability to take deep breaths and unable to find a med that didn’t make me feel like a fellingless zombie. I would recommend this product but would stress that it needs to be taken consistently for a few weeks at least to know if it will work for you. I felt the difference in a few weeks but decided the second dose would likely be right for my situation and since, have not had to take anything else for my attacks or general anxiety.
