I can't really say that this product is not what it says it is, it is what is shown in the picture, but I just don't think it's a very effective means of aiding toilet training. Not for our daughter anyway. We really did try with it as well, with some limited success, but she just never really seemed comfortable on it. There was no real meaningful way of securing it to the toilet, it lacked adjustability and rattled about as she tried to sit on it. It takes up quite a lot of room when not in use too, and is a bit clumbersome to get on and off the toilet, especially when in a hurry with a little one who needs to go potty when she needs to. Upshot is that we are now using one of those family toilet seats, which are similarly priced, and so far that is proving a far more effective solution, and this thing in now in the bin.

Brilliant. My daughter is 2 and uses it on her own. Very handy as I have a 4 month old. My daughter has only been using it just over a week and is now fully toilet trained. Wipes her own front. I obviously help with number 2 wiping. Highly recommended to any mum's struggling with potty or toilet training. My daughter hated the potty but she absolutely loves this.
