Great product - Thank GM for complicated install.
The product is perfect. Arrived very well packed and protected. Exact OEM fit and finish. Just be aware that you need to disassemble nearly the entire inner door to access the mounting points and wire looms (Thanks GM engineers). Works just like the OEM one and operates smoothly! Great replacement product

Matched right up, pigtails were exact & harness was same length and was quite a bit cheaper than OEM.Installed for only 2 months so far but my electrical mirror is working great.

Higher Quality than OEM
My mirror broke at the plastic stud holes, this mirror has a metal plate that the studs thread into which is very nice, no gusset for power wires or foam insulation but if you have the old mirror I'd recommend you reuse those pieces.

When I received the mirror it had a chipped out piece of plastic where it mounted to the truck, I just glued it back instead of going through the trouble of returning it

Not as good as it should be
First off, The top cap is intended to be painted to match the color of the vehicle. Why would the cap come installed? It has to be removed to be painted so why not send it loose. I bought one similar for another vehicle that came loose in the box. I painted and snapped on. It is difficult to remove this cap without scarring the plastic or breaking the prongs. Once installed the mirror is a little sloppy and has more play in the pivot joint than the original. This can be shimmed but you should not have to. The mirror motor is pretty noisy comparing to the original. Not that big of an issue but it is noticeable. Other than that it is fine. If I had known this earlier, I would have bought a different one.

Looks as good as the original before i broke it while driving like a madman.
I installed this on my 2018 Z71. My truck is black, the same color as the mirror. The mirror looks factory as far as the paint match. Everything seems to be working great at this time. No mirror distortions, the motor moves smoothly. Will update if needed.
